No one was there at pick up. Luckily Rob from Columbus called and we were able to finalize over the phone. Backed up to trailer, was setting on a hill. Tongue was froze to the ground. Finally got it free and had to roll the trailer by hand to level ground before I could pick up and hook it to my truck. I have used U-haul before, no issues. Probably won't use this place again.Shaun C.

Contacted Return location representative in Kenton and he said that even though the contract stated to return to Lima that it was OK to return to Kenton and that he would take care of paperwork so that I would not be charged for not returning to Lima. Kenton rep. did not do what he said and I got charged another $115.00 for late charge. Again contacted Kenton rep and he said that he would have charged fee removed but charges remain. I was told a U Haul representative named Dillon would contact me but that also did not happen. U Haul does follow their promises!doyle T.

When I got there, nobody was at the location. Relieved a call from someone with the company who told me someone was supposed to be there. Once they got there about 5-10 minutes later, everything went smooth. Dropped off the trailer this evening and texted the gentleman who called and he immediately replied acknowledging the drop-off. Overall it was a good experience, other than having to wait for someone to get on-site to check me out.Raymond C.

This â€œlocationâ€ is a metal shack behind another unknown building. My truck was supposed to be rented starting at 7AM. Upon showing up at that time I found out through the website that â€œno equipment had been designated for meâ€. So I called the number listed for that location only to find out that the number has been disconnected! So I call the U-Haul customer support. After 40 min on hold I finally get to talk to someone who was able to call the â€œmanagerâ€ of the location and find out what was going on. This person finally showed up now an hour late from my pick up time. Wearing sweat pants and a t-shirt, with his little dog barking and running all around, I tried to explain I used the pickup service on the app but he insisted on trying to take credit card information from me. He refused to give me my keys for the pick up service unless HE had my information on file. So an hour late getting my truck just to find out that the key to the drop box is just hidden behind an exterior box on the back of the main building. Upon finally getting my truck it wreaks of cigarettes. After getting it to my house I found the pack someone had left of the passenger side floor board. The â€œmanagerâ€ of this â€œlocationâ€ is an absolute joke and I will never use this location again! Nor will I recommend this location to a friend!Randy D.

Make sure the dealer have the equipment you order on hand so I don't have to go to different location to get appliance dolley . The guy was hour late had to sit and wait on him . Got hit in back and head with a piece of plywood that the guy was using as a door . Had to drive 35 minutes to pickup the truck instead of 5 minutes away from my houseCHRISTOPHER L.
