Inquire about EXACT time equipment is due back, EXACTLY where it should be parked upon return. Also, be aware that confirmations MUST be made while in the UHaul premises as well as during self-checkout AFTER hours. Photos of odometer/gas gauge, cabin cleanliness, lic.plates are HIGHLY recommended.

clyde cMy furniture pads were not in the vehicle (so I am owed $5) and when trying to upload during the checking process, the images wouldn’t take. The truck was damaged and in desperate need of repair, so I am not certain why it was assigned when others were available but the steering definitely needs to be checked and the reason for the shaking. The gas was not filled and I returned it with the same level but that should have been addressed prior to assignment.

Leonardo SThe online/mobile check in process is a mess - took me longer to try and go through that process on my phone that it would have to check in in person at the location. If you're going to require additional forms of identification (like a passport?!) you should make that know before the customer is sitting in the parking lot of the rental facility. Thankfully the employee at this location was able to check my in in person and get me set up with my truck.
Nicole NFind your own movers….we went with the “Moving Help” through U-Haul and that was nothing but a joke. The night before the move Moving Forward Movers canceled and Moving Help couldn’t find a replacement set of movers. NEVER USE JOSIAH JONES WITH MOVING FORWARD MOVERS….he will back out last minute and leave you hanging!!!!!!

Angelica CDear all, I am not happy to rent u-haul because of two things 1) I reserved 12 furniture pads for $10 (reserved it online), but the site still recharge an additional $5 without any explanation. 2) The u-haul vehicle has an additional utility dolly. Nobody says that it will charge it before I rented it. There is no sealing tag. Actually, the movers removed the utility dolly because they want to unload my furniture. Please refund $10: $5 for extra furniture pads and $5 for the unexpected utility dolly. Best regards, Wei Dai

Troy LYour store Manager has very little personality. He never greeted me when I arrived nor when I returned the vehicle. He made no attempt to smile at all. Inside the truck was clean but the back cargo area had an awful smell.
