My overall experience was horrible. Sent to multiple locations because my reservation was over booked. The truck didn't come with any of the equipment I requested. Costed me hundreds in uber and man power to lift my furniture because my wheel truck wasn't there. I broke one of my TVs because the furniture blankets weren't there. I hope to never use U-Haul again

The unit was due oil change. There was sticky stuff on the cup holder area and the inside needed some form of wiping down. Outside was dirty but didn't bother me. Just couldn't tell damage.
