Miss Nora is a great uhaul person she always has any size truck I ever need gennesse storage is a great safe storage place with passcode operation and cameras every where I appreciate everything she's done for me thnk u again miss nora

Parking lot was full of ice and the truck was covered in snow. Also the app was horrible. Took forever to download information and pictures. Wasted an hour of moving time both checking the truck out and checking it back in. And then it wouldn’t let me download pictures of the truck before we left so I took my own pictures since there was damage to the truck that was not fixed or had an X.

I had no place to park the 26ft truck because the parking lot was full. I was having a hard time with the mobile return and just called someone to let them know I dropped it off the same day. Charged for xtra mileage. Would expect a discount but instead money was taken out of my bank account.

The only thing that I could think of to improve for the next best, make sure that you have employees your manager Norma she was excellent and every way customer oriented support with explaining about how To operate the. equipment While I’m using it on the road road.. No more I’ll send an employee as far as taking care of the guest and that is what you need for all employees so go forward. Make sure that all new employees Mimic Norma’s work ethic
