The associate was AMAZING in all ways. The only issue at check-in was that the customer immediately ahead of me needed an exceptional amount of handholding as well as overly explict explanations of why, how, and what to do when driving a Uhaul. The associate was also notably patient and helpful to this customer. The van I rented was clean, well maintained - It had less than 1000 miles on it - and easy to drive. Upon returning the vehicle, please note that most customers have no ability to listen and/or follow explicit directions. Two people waiting for those returning trucks parked in the spots designated for the Uhaul vehicle. Another person returning a box truck couldn't or wouldn't park the truck in a designated spot, so the return was a bit more elogated (and annoying) than expected, but that's likely how a Saturday goes. The interior and exterior of the facility are both spotless, and the pricing is fair and affordable. I will go out of my way to rent from this location again. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!

Could not have asked for better service!!! Equipment is perfect for my needs. The young lady went above and beyond to assist in making sure I had what I needed and even hooked the trailer to my truck. I would highly recommend this location to rent from. If I could rate them at a 6 star I would do it in a heartbeat.

Robert mI received a truck that had 1/8 of a tank of has gone . I used under 20 miles and had to fill up tank before I brought it back. I put over $18 in tank and was told even though it wasn't full it was considered full. I used just about 1 gallon of gas and still had to fill tank.
