I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I rented a 10’ U-Haul van and drove it only 15 miles, as clearly shown on my receipt (123,810 miles out and 123,825 miles in). However, I was charged $87.50 for 13 gallons of fuel. It is obviously impossible for a van to consume 13 gallons of fuel while driving only 15 miles. This appears to be an incorrect fuel reading or billing error. I am requesting that U-Haul review this charge and refund the incorrect fuel charge. The vehicle itself was clean and fine, but I cannot recommend this location because of this unreasonable and incorrect charge.
