The toy hauler trailer was reserved 2 months in advance. The only rental location available to reserve the trailer was from main Uhaul hub in North Ft Myers. 30 minutes prior to my scheduled pick-up time, they texted me that they did not have a trailer in stock and I would need to go to another location that was about 1/2 drive in the opposite direction. I did not see the text until I arrived, due to driving... The pickup location at Genie Auto Service had great service; unfortunately there were not an option to reserve the trailer in the first place...
