Why is my email address on this customer’s receipt? I never heard of the person yet I keep on receiving invoices and emails that show my email address on his rental agreements.

I had the worst experience. I have used UHAUL before but this is the first time the staff didn't know what they were doing or use the Uhaul portal. Took 45 minutes to figure out the lady wasn't selecting appropriate options. Had to go through a lot of trouble.
