The contracts all state that the equipment needs to be swept clean upon returning but the equipment I was given definitely had not been.

Very poor customer service. I felt very rushed and was asked to sign the contract before viewing vehicle. Once I was on my way, I realized that the fuel level was much lower than indicated on contract. Also, I was charged for a larger truck even though I requested a smaller one. Owner was confrontational when I mentioned this during checkout.

First the uhaul was requested by my wife two was before we move. Two days before moving day they told us there's no truck this comes after confirming and calling in to make sure there was a truck. I showed up only to be toldwe have to drive 45 min to different location to get a truck. Truck leaked half our stuff was wet. Moncton Mountain Rd location is a disgrace for what they did no even apology. We spent extra dollars in gas on top of wet furniture and be g told gas was short quarter tank which cost us 30 plus from our deposit. Not happy

The place could be open when it says it's going to be open. I dont appreciate going to drop off my rental and now having to wait to get my deposit back. Terrible service on their part!

dealer is out of a laundromat office ..... not very clean or tidy ... but then again U-Haul pays their dealers practically nothing, so it met with my expectations .. and she was really friendly and easy to get along with.

I was told online I could pick up the truck via my phone but when I got there I was told this was not possible. The service was great but I think it's important to clarify that on the website

Arrived to drop off truck as disscused with associate on Friday, location wasn’t aware I was bringing truck back. After 30 minutes and 3 phone calls was finally able to return truck and leave location. I’ve used Uhaul many times and have had no issues but with an experience like this and an end result of over 100 in charges I doubt I will be back again. Glad there is a Discount truck rental in town as I will be using them for ALL future transactions.

I can't suggest anything to improve the service at this location. I have rented equipment from it before, enclosed trailers, car trailers and car dollies and have nothing but good to say about the staff and the service.

Make sure the lighting on car dolleys are working and that staff tell the truth wether the lights are really working. Brake light,tail light and signal light not working at all on left side. I was not pleased to find this out when travelling at night.

Dropped off truck and dropped keys in box. However when I tried using the online return the site kept freezing and crashing in that process. Also didn't help that we were not informed that after hour returns needed to be checked in online, already had truck locked and keys dropped off before I realized there was an online return process. Employee who gave keys just said all we had to do was drop keys in box.

Supply a van that does not leak, do not lose my 4 day booking then Bill me for 3 extra days, on addition to stressing me out by calling and demanding the truck back the day before my move when I am still loading it. I would like the $197.00 extra I was charged retuned. In fact you should credit me 50% of the original fee too. The whole experience was way below what I believe UHaul aspired to.

*This review has nothing against the place where I dropped off or picked up my truck. Uhaul wont let me review Uhaul's service.- only the small business where I picked up the truck and dropped it off.* Do yourself a favor - don't rent from Uhaul! There are other options out there please look at them. I was given the wrong truck when I picked up my rental. I was told that I'd have to pay thousands of dollars for "overage" because the truck that I picked up was only tagged as a local move and I drove across the province AS PER MY RESERVATION. The day my truck was due back Uhaul called me and said "you were given the wrong truck, you're going to have issues when you bring it back" When I brought the truck back I was told to charge my credit card and then fix it after the fact.(I used the app and then called customer service as the dealer was closed) I had to keep the truck two days longer as I refused to charge that amount for their error. I spent three one hour phone calls to their customer "service" team and it was like talking to a wall. Hold times were insane, no one had any power to do anything, one of them couldn't even get audio working and had to email me saying she didn't know how to use her headset. Then I was told a Customer Service Manager was going to call me in THREE to FIVE BUSINESS DAYS to "make things right". The joker offered me a $20 VIP Certificate off my next uhaul rental. WTF>?! Are you kidding me?! Please rent from somewhere else - if you have any issues at all with your Uhau rentall you are sh*t out of luck. Uhaul are cowards as they only let me rate the place where i picked up or dropped off the truck - they won't even let me rate their s**t service. Bullocks to your $20 and shame on you Uhaul. "customer service"

The man was very helpful I informed him the problems I had with the trailer and the hitch and also the lights and the grinding of the breaks I am going to call him back later today to see if it is the wiring on the trailer or if it is my wiring either way U-Haul put my hitch on in February there should be no reason I am having a issue with my wiring

always receive top notch service from george and staff. I used a 6 x 12 trailer today..you folks need to put tongue jacks on those things. they are far to heavy for one person to be hooking up.

Overbooked, person who doesn't understand computers using one from god knows when. Was promised a 16' on the phone with main office, phoned night before to says "oops but not available" said next day instead then emailed saying 26' instead so called the location myself and arranged 20' for Sat. Showed up and told no vehicle. Fought to get a 20' for Sat as we just drove 4hr to get there. Your bookers are full of s**t!!!!!!

Website showed a 6X12 trailer could be towed by my car but when I went to pick it up the system said not recommended. I had to take a smaller trailer. Worked out though. I had just enough room for everything.
