I realize they're close on weekends, but there was about 8-10 inches of snow in their parking area and driveway. It's a good thing I had 4WD... it tough even with that.

This trailer needs to be retired! Wiring, tires, bearings and brakes, all needs maintenance. Trailer was extremely old and rusty and I feared towing it 300 miles. Had I known this was the POS I was going to get, I would have made other arrangements. This has got to be the worst car hauler in the entire fleet. And I had to drive a hundred miles out of my way and pay unnecessary tolls to get it. I'm happy I made my trip without incident, but no one else should need to go through this similar stress. Retire this one already.

I would suggest having a better variety of the large trucks on site. I tried to reserve a 20 foot truck but the largest they had was 15 foot. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, giving me extra miles so I wouldn't be charged. Overall good experience.

was scheduled too pick up on Saturday. drove through first snowstorm of the year, truck was there but georges body shop is not opened on sat.called was told guy was 3 hrs out. A BIG LIE, called again was told I would get a 50.00 dollar discount.A BIG LIE. how does your company stay in business, I now now where your competition trucks are located.NOT A LIE.

This truck is in need of major repair to the body and suspension. The truck could not be driven over sixty five mph, if you did the vibration was so bad the drivers outside mirror was useless. My wife was following me and stated that when I would hit a bump in the road the brake lights would activate.

We had a great person helping us as we were about 6.5 hrs away from home. Plus before arriving to this location, we was about 2.2 hrs more north than this location. Cord, a nice young man, came in on his day off, on Sunday, to help us. I would recommend anyone in the upper peninsula, go see this company. Thank you. Lock Anniversary 2018!

Figure out a way to reduce the paperwork. Fire your lawyers. Just tell people that they must return the rental in as good or better condition than they found it it when they borrowed it. In my case, I noticed an improperly attached upper driver's side turn signal and rubber gasket. Some prior load had apparently pushed on the light from the inside with enough force to work it out. I removed the light and gasket, reinstalled them properly and went on my way. Installing a removable guard behind the lights could eliminate that issue.

Georges front officeo was locked up, no personnel available. A worker from the body shop came out, looked at me and headed back to the shop without saying a word. I dropped off the equipment, called Plainfield location to confirm. They were very helpful.
