When I pulled in the gentleman who worked there pulled in behind me. He directed me where to put the trailer before I could get out of my truck he had it disconnected with a smile on his face. Exceptional service

AIDA MBeware, they'll triple charge you with bogus charges and never respond, requiring hours of phone calls with investigatiors and lawyers to get this fraud fixed. This location is the worst I've ever dealt with and I didn't expect uhaul to be this bad. It's a shame this location didn't live up to It's reviews.

Andrew DIf possible I would add on George’s website that they are a uhaul drop off at all hours because it was confusing on if I could drop off after hours. After reading the Uhaul information sheet I got from the pick up Uhaul location, I realized I could drop it off via the app.

DANIEL GI rented and was charged for a dolly and 2 furniture dollies. None of them were in the truck when I checked in online. Submitted that feedback to U-Haul and was still charged for those items that I never got or had a chance to use.

JOHN EDrop off location was a combination of businesses. The lady was nice and counter area was neat but there was a a jumble of things to the left of the counter, not really a professional setting.

Mulinda ROn the corporate side: I had 3 locations to go to, covering some 1000 miles with the town of rental being the last location. I rented from and to drop off at same location. During trip, heavy rains caused flooding within the cab itself (clearance markers), literally flooding. Headliner dropped, everything soaked. Because I had done what UHaul considers an "in town" rental, exchanging the truck was extraordinarily time consuming. Lost a day. You should alter procedures to accommodate this more easily. It was painfully slow. Aside from that, both trucks mechanically performed well.
