Charles R.The guy that was hooking the trailer up let the trailer roll into my tahoe causing a dent and breaking my rear windshield wiper. The owner said he would fix it to come up there Monday. I had something come up and wasn't able to make it Monday and when I showed up Tuesday the owner told me he was too busy to talk about it and then started treating me like shit bc I couldn't make it Monday. He then told me I could come Monday-Friday only and I asked him if he wanted me to get a price to fix it he told me I was too bring it to his body shop, he owns an appliance store not a body shop. He then proceeded to yell at me after I asked him to stop being an asshole to me. He was being very condescending and outright rude. My wife who was at least 60 yds from where we were could hear the man yelling at me. He was saying it was not his fault that my tahoe was damaged and that I could do it his way or deal with it. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who is the cause of the damage. I would never recommend anyone rent from this man who is degrading and treats people who he has wronged like garbage.

BRONNON W.The rental location was unhelpful and they keyed in the gas upon pickup wrong. I returned the truck with more left in it than when I received it and was charged a fee and also for more gas. I called them and asked about this and he sent me pictures of the gauge which only proved me right. They misread the gauge when entering in the pickup information and it cost me 60 dollars. They were also very helpless when it came to answering question about how the U-Haul billing system works. Would not recommend or use this place again if it goes unsolved.

joyce K.Mileage on the truck was wrong. We traveled 122 miles from Lyons, Ga to Valdosta, Ga but were billed for over 200 miles. Obviously the mileage at the beginning was incorrect. We ended up being charged an additional $43. Not happy.
Anthony M.I don't want to be too harsh on this location because I dropped off after hours, however, it might be nice to list somewhere whenever someone is picking a drop off location that this site does not have the same amount of yard storage area as most others I've seen before. I felt horrible for having to back the trailer through some mud to leave it, but there was nowhere else visible that looked like an acceptable place to park it. Other than that, there were no issues. I just may have picked a different location for drop off had I known they were limited on space.

Russell W.We put gas back in the truck to where it was when we picked it up. Its little less then 1/2 a tank. I was never explained to out gas back in it but of course commons scene told me to. After we looked at paper we noticed they stated 5/8 of a tank( she folded the paper and handed it to me after I signed * I should have asked but I didn't have my reading glasses) qe were taken for a ride on this rental. They charged us for gas after we put gas in it so 159.00 us 30 in gas we put in. Never again would I use this place. Rip off.
