Complete check in on time, I received a call from uhaul a week after I dropped of the trailer looking for it , drop off point is slow on paperwork.

No one close by had a 5’ x 8’. They told that there was one available in Owensville and that they would make a trade to get it for me. This is good customer service that is missing in many businesses.

I rented a u haul last May. I got everything on line set up everything was easy. You have changed your online order and now you are unable to find anything in a cart so I tried in person. Even they were confused! YOU need to change it back. I'm not sure how much I had to pay. Not happy with the overall computer set up.

I was told to drop the Uhaul trailer off at the closest Uhaul dealer which I new was this location, however, the email that I got from Uhaul was telling me to drop off at a place that was an hour or two away.

I have to say that I have used alot of uhal places from Kentucky to Missouri so many times. I have to say the gerald auto center is always top notch and take pride in customer service. I will always do my business with Gerald Auto Center. They will bend over backwards for there customers.

Each time I rented a uhaul, I reserved a location and then was moved to another location farther away. Suggest you advise customers this may happen to prepare them.

i ordered a week in advance to have my u haul at the Sullivan location and had to drive 30 mins out of my way to pick it up from another location. Thought that was a little unprofessional.
