I had to wait on an attendant to show up and unlock the facility. He was 30 minutes late. Then very disorganized and the equipment was not clean (garbage from a previous user in the trailer). Could nto print me a receipt.David M.

Hi. The owner Mr. Jeremy was awesome from the first time we spoke. He is a great rep for uhaul. He a very kind and helpful man. He made sure that I understood everything and even went over all of the instruments within the truck. He's the FIRST uhaul rep to ever do that. Now I'm a truck driver and I also rent from you guys all of the time. So I know all about your trucks, but to a novice driver, what Mr. Jeremy did in explaining how the truck operates would be very helpful to him / her that are not use to driving a truck. Something to think about management. You should take a page out of Mr. Jeremy's book. Just my suggestion. Thank you and thank Mr. Jeremy for me.Antonio B.

never informed that our truck would not be at this location and had to drive to out lying location for pick-up. Had crew ready to load and then had to wait over 1 hour before starting to load the retrieved truck. . poor communication from dealer where truck was rented. then found out that they had rented the truck to us for "3" days.Ray W.

Unfortunately the drop off location was not attended (Saturday 7/13/19 @ 1235) Ok, no big deal, read the directions, scan the QR code on the drop dox which is outdated by the way. Go online and log in using my phone number and try to find how to return the vehicle. Like a dog chasing my tail I got nowhere. Not a very user friendly site for trying to return, looked like it kept taking me back to the home page. Whatever lets call U-HAUL directly, well that was an abysmal pathetic attempt at customer service. Sir, I am not showing the address as a drop off location - WTF I got the location from the website AND IT WAS ON MY PAPER RESERVATION. Ma'am, please do not tell someone that next time simply ask to confirm the address maybe you misunderstood my. Yes I thanked her with a profane word for her excellent customer service. Now to the only good part was the business owner who I was able to call on another posted number. I texted him the information and he completed the return in less that 20 minutes. Please post my comments so others can regale and plan their adventure accordingly.Ian B.

Upon arrival was supposed to be 24/7 pick up however then ended up being hand delivery. Owner overslept and arrived an hour late after having to call uhaul and wake their regional manager. Two of us there to pick up, only one truck available. Then the truck still had stuff in it and was not clean. Had to be swept out by myself. Only given a $10 discount for my trouble. And I had hired movers to help me move!!! A very disappointing experience overall and stressful!!! Thank goodness I had moved my pickup time an hour early just in case there was a problem.Nothing but problems!!!Leslie S.

Dear Uhaul, I rent 100 trucks a year. I look at you like my business partners. I have 2 items to talk to you about. 1) I returned the truck 5 hours after renting in the above contract so I want the extra $60 you charged me back. Now looking at the contract in my email I can see that it said I was supposed to call a number after returning the truck. While when I rented the truck, I asked for a paper receipt in case I got pulled over and for the specifics. The man in the Cheswick Uhaul said he would email it. My phone cant open your PDF file so I couldn't read the info. 2) I rent all the time and never have problems. This is the second time I have had a problem at this location in Cheswick. This guys is crooked. He charged me more than the original quote online. He added environmental fee and some other charge I haven't seen before. He didn't print me out a copy of my invoice because he doesn't have a printer or is to cheap for the ink. A couple months ago I had an incident where the same location owed me $30 and it took 2 months to get my money. UHAUL PLEASE REMEDY THIS ISSUE THIS TIME!!!Damien S.

Absolutely excellent experience with this UHaul location! Frank went above and beyond our expectations; he helped us determine what type of trailer we needed, communicated daily as to when the trailer would arrive at his location and it was available the day we wanted! We have dealt with UHaul many times over the years for moving etc. and mostly had good experiences. However this was so above our expections it was amazing. I highly recommend Geramitas Custom Covers and Frank for any and all of your Uhaul needs.Valerie S.
