I made my reservation on the U-Haul Web site and choose to use the mobile app to take possession of the truck at 7:30 am, because I had to bring it back for 12:30 (it was reserved for 1:00 pm). But when I got there, I wasn't able to take the truck because the reservation was made, but the truck had not been assigned at my reservation. I had to call U-Haul to resolve the problem and wait until 9:00 am for the location to open up with the result that I lost an hour and a half of use of the truck. I am really disappointed by this experience. However, the service on location was impeccable.
