They didn’t know what to do. They sent me to the corporate account. They didn’t know what to do. They sent me to some person name Mason in Phoenix, Arizona, who was extremely racist and rude to me. I am very disappointed as we use U-Haul For a truck rental in order to fulfill a contract with the city of Chicago to do community engagement events so with this experience, I feel that more people should know how U-Haul treats a customer who rents approximately 10 times a summer as well as recommended it to our young adults who have to move and who is a very good customer. It has just been a disappointing experience with your , customer service crew on the phone because we were told to go to a place to rent a truck that wasn’t even available. We wasted gas running around the city. We were late for our event and most of all I do not like the interaction with some of your staff members Marsha Eaglin the organization is IMPACT center. It’s very sad because we don’t even have money for a truck, we need to buy our own truck and after these experiences, I would love to get my own truck and not have to continue to rent from U-Haul. It’s just that we don’t have funding for it because we’re small Deals with use and we just try to improve community experiences in the city of Chicago

Stephen BCouldn’t get into the truck, no one on site. No where to drop off the trucks lock. This was a terrible experience.
Trey WWaited over 20 minutes outside in the cold because the owner was not there on time to open the store . On top of that got into the U-Haul that had an almost empty tank , when I returned the tank back to what it was I got charged for even more gas as if I hadn’t already put $70 in. Not to mention the Uber I had to cancel when the owner finally decided to show up.

Jeanene DI must say that the owner of this business Get More Wireless, was very courteous and welcomed me to the neighborhood as a new homeowner in this Morgan Park community. I was surprised with the final total cost of the truck rental and part of it was my fault for not replacing the gas used. Overall, I would recommend this location for truck or van rentals.

Tania CI rented a truck for 24 hrs. I did not receive paperwork. The mileage was not checked. The vehicle was not inspected. I was informed about the cost per mile but nothing was said about having the truck filled up upon returning. After returning the truck there was no inspection done. I received an emailed receipt and the cost was higher than I expected. The man who rented the truck to me was pleasant and friendly though.

Samuel TI had the worst experience, the truck was raggedy, the representative at the location was rude. I was over charged, the customer service reps over the phone act as if they was not trained right they had a very hard time assisting me. I will never use U Haul again.
Alecia MIf I reserve a 15 foot truck 3 weeks in advance I shouldn't have had to downgrade to a 10 foot 3 locations later and then be charged for SafeMove which I stated I had opted out of. I am pissed and will never rent from Uhaul again.

I believe I was over charged and when I tried to respond through your website included in the message to you it was returned not deliverable. So you are not providing a useable means of communication. I have been a good customer for years, but I’m considering a change in rental companies.

Regina BWhen I got there to the location to pick up the trailer I had to install it on my truck then when I got the trailer and began to go to the location where my car was the trailer light system stop working and the owner at the I haul told me to bring it back and didn’t have another trailer to replace that and the shop where I had to take my car was closed
