Not let that store be a uhaul dealer. He didn't check the lights with me, one of the tail lights wasn't working, he didn't help me put on the truck and just wasn't very helpful. Also I ended up paying way to much for the small trailer. I only needed it for 2 days and ended up paying for 4 cuz obviously he didn't know how to do the rental for only 2 days. Never again will I go there or recommend it to anyone I know. 😡😡

The guy who was running the gas station at the time yelled at us about the outside of the truck being dirty and demanded that we clean it. For anyone wondering, U-Haul themselves confirmed that you are NOT responsible for dirt on the exterior of the truck and you do NOT have to clean it. The guy was also really rude and tried to add an extra day when we had already turned our truck in. All in all, get your U-Haul from literally ANY other location but this one.
STEPHEN WOwner/manager is a complete idiot. Refuses to do anything except tell you to use the app. Doesn't speak or understand English well. Cannot believe U-Haul would rely on such an incompetent person to represent them. I would have gone to another location if they had been open.
Joshua TBe sure to have the clerk go over all information with you ,including a walk through with you around the truck with printed out your order and returnimg the truck address, That will help a lot ,overall jt wasn't bad
