I dropped the truck off on Memorial Day, one day early. The sign on the door said they were open. An employee in the back said I would have to come back when the boss got there around 10:30. I did but no one was there. I stopped by later and the boss was there dealing with another customer. The boss told me to just park it in the back and leave the keys in the drop box which I did. If he had told me they weren't open, would have come back on Tuesday the 27th when it was due. I was charged a 20.00 after hours drop off fee. I think this was unfair. The boss said the fee was put on by U-Haul and he would look into it. I feel robbed and want nothing else to do with U-Haul.
