This was the second location I was sent to. The first location I had reserved a trailer. Got there on time and the people decided to go to lunch causing me not to be able to get the trailer and then driving an extra hour and putting me behind schedule. I'm not sure if I would recommend uhaul to anybody in the future

The drop off location was closed and we had to go through the website for the drop off. Had I known before that I would have to download an app, give U-Haul access to my location and photos on my phone and who knows what else you are trying to gather from my personal device I would have declined the option all together. This was a very poor experience from start to finish and I will look at other companies before choosing a rental truck in the future

The Sylvester location was a complete disaster. The representative at the Sylvester location was rude and didn't give accurate information. I called and reserve my truck at the beginning of the week for the Sylvester location. The very next day, I got a call from U-haul and was told that I needed to pick up my truck from the Ashburn location. I was fine with that, but when it was time to pick up my truck, I called Ashburn the day of and was told there were no available trucks. I went to the Sylvester location, because that's where I originally ordered my U-Haul from. I got there and the representative was agitated and when I explained my situation, she told me that she didn't have a truck and said I should call Uhaul customer service. I happen to see a truck in the right side of the parking lot and asked about that one. The representative told me it was a “In town†truck and couldn't be use to me. I was traveling out of town. I then called U-haul customer service and told them my situation and was informed there was a 26 ft truck that had no reservation on it. It was indeed a truck on the other side of the parking lot that the representative didn't inform me on. I was given the run around until customer service fixed the problem & allowed me to get the truck.
Maintain the equipment. Also, provide ALL the parts needed so that the roadside assistance person can repair a broken unit. The gent who came out said he had a new spring, but the U-bolt to hold it on is near impossible to get and that U-Haul only sends one at a time rather than stocking spare U-bolts with the Service Provider.sd

Location not open when I turned in truck.
Not at all satisfied with U-Haul, I reserved a truck, tow dolly and appliance dolly on oct 9th, I received an email stating that I would get a call on the day prior to pick up to confirm time and place, that call never happened. I reserved the truck for oct 23 at 10 am, when I arrived at the location where I reserved the truck I was notified that my reservation was in the next city and over 20 miles away and that they had me listed to pick up at 2 pm. Giddens auto changed my time to 10 am but I still wasted over an hour of precious moving time running all over gods green earth fixing what U-Haul screwed up. I am not pleased at all with U-Haul but my pick up and drop off locations we good, but U-Haul my advice to you is to get it together or you will loss business even though you are the cheapest, but then I guess you get what you pay for.
The only issue we had was the distance from our home to pick up the equipment. Roughly 75 miles from home. No closer equipment available for the time we needed it. Used roughly a quarter tank of gas just to get the equipment to our home from pick up point.
Was difficult to find the key box.

We reserved a truck and when we went to pick it up (Albany, GA location) we were told there were no trucks available. This was after we received a call the evening before stating that they gave our truck to someone else but they will upgrade us free of charge. We arrived to pick up our truck at 7am when they opened and NO TRUCK. What a rocky start to an already stressful day. They told us to drive 30 minutes away (Sylvester) to try to rent one there. We should have received a heavy discount to say the least. Please let me know if this complaint was heard.

The vehicle that I moved would have fit on a car dolly. It was a rear wheel drive vehicle with a automatic transmission. Because of the policy I had to rent a Auto Transport trailer. I understand that your company does not want to be responsible for damage to a vehicle or the automatic transmission. Your company needs to have something that the customer can sign so that your company is not held responsible for any damage to the automatic transmission on a rear wheel drive vehicle or to the vehicle it self. I have been a mechanic for 37 years so I understand what has to be done so a rear drive vehicle with an automatic transmission can be towed. Thank you.
Someone needs to inspect the vehicles mechanically before they are issued out, the 20' truck that was going to be issued to me had two of the four rear tires bad, last thing I needed was a blow out going through Atlanta.
I returned the truck at 3:30 the store was closed. The app would not work. I stayed on the phone over an hour trying to reach customer service.
Do not allow reservation when the uhaul location is closed.
I will not use U - Haul any more tell all my friends what happened. Disappointed!
Pricing was a bit more than I paid last year. I didn't expect to pay seventy dollars and only drove it 10 miles.

very easy to make reservation and pick up equipment. there was no problem at all when I changed the type of equipment that I needed. it was so easy to just drop off the equipment once we were done and I called the phone number the staffing person gave me to report that we were completed. overall I was very pleased with the uhaul experience.
Have someone available to amswee after hours calls.
I think I was over charger and getting the U- Haul was hell to much to do. should have everything at one time I hope I don't have to use it again.
The instructions for self pick up on weekends should be cleary

Grass needs to be cut so you can walk around the truck better.
I was scheduled to pick the Uhaul up at 8 am. When I got there at 8am the place was still closed. A gentleman came and opened the door about 8:05 and told me I would have to wait for Lisa. She was out getting breakfast. No apologies for this inconvenience and they were not very friendly. The ramp was full of dirt and grass and the truck was a little muddy inside.
Highly recommend! Lisa provided exceptional customer support in pre-registration, reserving and guiding me in the right direction for my one way rental from Virginia. Lisa was a very professional, customer satisfaction person!
