I appreciated the fact that they allowed me to park on the lot while I used the truck, since I did not have anyone to take me there and pick me up afterwards. I've worked with this dealer before, and they are a nice crew.

Matthew KOur first truck was given away to another customer after being guaranteed to us. The second truck had a flat tire when given to us. The third truck had an issue with the wheel hub, which was noticed AFTER loading was completed. The company tried to get us to unload the vehicle rather than directly sending a mechanic to fix the issue on sight. This company, as well as its maintenance of its fleet vehicles, is abysmal. While the company did try to remediate the situation by providing a $500 credit, the unnecessary stress far outweighed this attempted olive branch. The company should be fined and held accountable for its horrific and archaic business practices. I’m appalled at the poor level of customer service and absolutely horrible quality of the trucks.

James HI reserved a 20 foot truck for five days, but with additional help on both ends I turned the truck in after two days. I was then told that uhaul does not return the my money for the three days that I did not need. I did not ask and was not informed that if returning the truck early I would not get a refund. This is a great policy for uhauls benefit.
