Customer service is fantastic. The lot to pick up and drop off is very accessible and easy to pickup and return. Food is available from the restaurant on-site and is delicious.

SHANICE HOverall, the site is convenient and easy to access. Maybe a sign instructing you what to do when you arrive would be nice. Do you go to small building? Do you go to restaurant and ask around? Do you just hook up and leave?
Donald KWe were told by Uhaul in Panama City to drop off the trailer at this location since it was the closest to our end destination. When dropping off the trailer, I asked the employee at Gigi’s if there was anything that needed to be done with the trailer and explained that this is the location we were told to drop the trailer off at on the evening of 8/17. They said it would be handled. I called customer service the next morning because my app was saying that the trailer still needed to be dropped off at a different location entirely. They claimed that they would notify both locations. The next night at 8pm, I received calls from the other location saying that the trailer was overdue and needed to be turned in immediately. I explained the situation and they said that they were never contacted by customer service and GIGI’s had still not logged in the trailer, so it looked like it was overdue. It was a stressful experience

zack bUHaul did not advise the drop off location was not available until the day of the drop off. This should have been in the system the day the truck was picked up. This caused a further drive and time to drop off the truck.
Sonya YWhen I went to pick up the truck at 10 o’clock like the website said there was no one there for me to pick up the truck from they had to call the owner by phone to do it over the phone I had waited for hours to pick up this truck and no one was there to Rent it to me it took over 45 minutes on the phone with the owner I am very dissatisfied and he was not clear on the contract he quoted 160 bucks dollars and it was almost $200 went said and done I will not recommend this site pick up !
