Eric OContinue to simplify paperwork (or tablet work). The screens are too small to comfortably read. I found the insurance choices confusing. I wanted extra liability coverage, but couldn't find it. The staff was very friendly, but most importantly demonstrated care that our tow vehicle/trailer combo was safe and ready for the road.
CHARLES CWe dropped the truck off early on Sunday, the 28th. No one was there. We tried to return online and app wasn’t working the way it should. Pickup was much easier.
