R TTwice in a week the vehicle I picked up had a gas level so low that I immediately had to go to a gas station and fill it. The first time, I didn't get to the gas station and had to ask a stranger to help me push a 9ft van.
Sam MWhen I arrived, my 15' rental was not available because it had not been returned by the prior customer. I spoke with the location contact who said there was nothing he could do and to call customer support. I contacted customer support who told me a 15' truck was available at another location, but that didn't fit my project schedule, so I accepted a 10' truck instead. It took about 10-minutes to get a customer support agent on the phone. My project was completed, though more slowly than I'd hoped. A $50 credit was provided, but I was frustrated by my experience. While U-Haul did what they could, it was a frustrating experience. As a suggestion, a phone call explaining what happened or the ability for location agents to make changes would have been helpful.

Horacio BI experienced a few issues with this location, and I won't be going back. While the staff was friendly, the equipment was in poor shape. The rental truck had a "check engine" light on (critical flaw), the driver side door wouldn't close all the way, and the passenger cabin was filthy and gross. These are safety risks. I decided to return the truck without using it much. I traveled no more than 10 miles total, but was charged for 40 miles. Either: they misread the initial odometer when I picked it up, or, they deliberately altered the miles in the computer, or the truck is broken, making it look like more miles were used. I'm not sure the answer, but I won't be returning. Please correct these problems. Thank you.

HECTOR BIt was pretty easy to get the truck and not too bad toreturn it. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that I was charged for gas even though I filled it to where it was when I picked it up. I will better document that if I use one again.

GUY WVehicle had no gas in the tank. The cap on the gas tank was missing (safety issue). The check engine light was on. I would expect better maintenance of the vehicle. The agent at the pickup location was very helpful and friendly.

Brian HGreat experience renting a van from U-Haul yesterday. My car had an issue and I was scheduled to pick up some boxes in Concord in just a few hours. I was able to rent a van immediately online and the pick-up was quick and easy. The man running the office was extremely kind and helpful during both check-in and check-out. All together it was a good experience that gave me a quick save when I really needed large vehicle for just a few hours.

Not too crowded, didn't have to wait in line, and they had the truck that I made a reservation for. They seem to have a lot of trucks so I would definitely rent from this location again.
