Brian HGreat experience renting a van from U-Haul yesterday. My car had an issue and I was scheduled to pick up some boxes in Concord in just a few hours. I was able to rent a van immediately online and the pick-up was quick and easy. The man running the office was extremely kind and helpful during both check-in and check-out. All together it was a good experience that gave me a quick save when I really needed large vehicle for just a few hours.

JOHN KCheck in/picking up truck was easy. Gentleman behind the counter was helpful and got me in and out. Bringing the truck back was just as easy. Not too crowded, didn't have to wait in line, and they had the truck that I made a reservation for. They seem to have a lot of trucks so I would definitely rent from this location again.

JAN NStaff at 6th Street UHaul has been consistently well-informed, efficient, and polite! For me, an elderly granny -- 80+ years on this planet -- is BY-FAR MOST IMPORTANT ! Staff 6th Street UHaul smiles, speaks clearly, and looks you in the eye! Equipment is delivered clean and working will -- AGAIN, MOST IMPORTANT ! Our now-grown "children" also use 6th Street UHaul because everything gets done effectively.

ANDRE AThe cabin was covered in dog fur and the gas tank was less than 1/4 full, even though we told the desk we were traveling 120 miles and there were a fleet of same size trucks to choose from. Returned the truck with half a tank, wasting $50. Desk person was friendly and booking was easy, but will not be returning after that experience.

SATISH MU-Haul always delivers. Staff at both pick-up & drop-off were professional, friendly, helpful, and transparent. Pick-up & drop-off were fast and efficient. Truck was flawless. The only thing I wish was different was that I wish the truck had cruise control! Three days of highway speeds without cruise control was draining. I really respect U-Haul and their staff and will definitely use them again and again!

Juan CI would suggest that they ask if you'd like help starting up the vehicle. Some people probably wouldn't need the help, but others like myself who didn't feel completely confident in driving a van or a truck might like to have a little assistance before driving off the premises. It would be nice if that were offered. I went back in and asked questions so then I got help. The gentleman was very helpful, he adjusted the steering wheel for me, answered my questions and put me at ease.
