Staff 6th Street UHaul smiles, speaks clearly, and looks you in the eye! Equipment is delivered clean and working will -- AGAIN, MOST IMPORTANT ! Our now-grown "children" also use 6th Street UHaul because everything gets done effectively.

ANDRE AThe cabin was covered in dog fur and the gas tank was less than 1/4 full, even though we told the desk we were traveling 120 miles and there were a fleet of same size trucks to choose from. Returned the truck with half a tank, wasting $50. Desk person was friendly and booking was easy, but will not be returning after that experience.

SATISH MU-Haul always delivers. Staff at both pick-up & drop-off were professional, friendly, helpful, and transparent. Pick-up & drop-off were fast and efficient. Truck was flawless. The only thing I wish was different was that I wish the truck had cruise control! Three days of highway speeds without cruise control was draining. I really respect U-Haul and their staff and will definitely use them again and again!

Juan CI would suggest that they ask if you'd like help starting up the vehicle. Some people probably wouldn't need the help, but others like myself who didn't feel completely confident in driving a van or a truck might like to have a little assistance before driving off the premises. It would be nice if that were offered. I went back in and asked questions so then I got help. The gentleman was very helpful, he adjusted the steering wheel for me, answered my questions and put me at ease.

The app has all kinds of misdirections and problems with out of sync notifications, unclear signup/payment info screens, etc. The reservation process was easy to edit in the app, but the website was way clearer for the booking part. Are there rage click or confusion metrics for different screens on the app? I was honestly confused enough to give up my initial attempt to book on the app.
