Super nice guy handled the order. Equipment was nice, but wedged in parallel, to another trailer and a car dolly. Two axle trailers are difficult to turn, so it took quite a while to push/turn back and forth to get the tongue out far enough to get it to the trailer hitch. Probably should let folks know that the 6’ x 12’ trailer will usually require two adults to lift it onto the tow hitch. I returned it, and wedged it right back in between where it was.

The store clerk was clueless about what equipment he had, about his reservations and was asking me which car hauler I was renting and the tag number of the equipment before I was even informed of what I was renting. There is absolutely no room in the location for U-Haul equipment. The trailer was not road ready due to having all the lights on the left side out and the breakaway brake was seized close. This was the poorest experience I have had with U-Haul in the 20 years I have been renting for you.
Joshua RCheck the gas before renting it because they gave me the unit with 1/4 of gas and I gave it with the same and they charged me 25 dollars more gas when I was asked to give it to them as it was given to me.

Justin BI had reservation. It offered me $95 off to return to Canton Ohio. They never met with me at the store to pick it up. Just had me take pictures then sent me a receipt. I called Uhaul and was told that the store unchecked the box for me to return it to canton and charged me the extra. This is not right. I had a reservation and They changed it Not Me.I called to correct it and they just transfered me to Ohio and they said they couldn't help me. I had a reservation and put my credit card in for that amount NOT the amount they charged. I am turning this in to the BBB. Not Fair!

Nicole MI have used UHAUL for 30 years plus. This is the first time I have been forced to use the APP to return the vehicle. It was very unpleasant. The pick up was fine. I actually prefer the website (on a computer) because I can see equipment options in the area and surrounding area so I can make the best choice; I am a man who likes options. But to be forced to download an APP and take pictures like I work for UHAUL or something was really triggering. I will not say I will never use UHAUL again, but I will say that I will look for ANY other option before doing so in the future.

Juan NWell, the system is kinda slow. It took me and my brother 3 hours and 2 different locations to get what we needed because the system was either slow or didn't work. Also a few locations lied about what they had on the lot.

FREDERICK MI had reserved equipment 2 weeks ago. Upon arrival location had truck only. No furniture pads nor furniture Dolly. No communication that these items wouldn’t be available. Completely unacceptable.

Marcion ANot charge someone waiting in line for 20 mins an additional fee because the employee is taking her time causing you to be “late” returning the trailer. I will never use uhaul or this location again.

susan SMy appliance dolly was not in the truck and had to go to another location to pick it up. I was told that L didn't pre register to pick up and then it was found. Not Avery good start to our move.
Brian WThe cashier did not really know how to help me. And this made my time there a little bit more difficult. They are locking people up properly trained to assist the person when it comes to renting the U-Haul. And so that it can interfere with your ability to have a smooth process. I would not recommend this location to a friend.
