Start by fixing the leak in the roof of the truck that got a lot of my belongings wet. Then they can clean the truck it had ashes in the floor papers all over I had to clean the back end out for the dude when I picked it up. Those people have no business doing Uhaul. She was rude and yelled at me demanding crap.

The person did not connect the trailer to my car. I did it myself. I got it at 12:24 PM and then return at 3:17 PM and disconnected it myself but they charged me for After Hour Service Fee. The place was open when I came to return it. I called to the phone numebr on the invoice but the person keeps telling me I will call you back but he wouldn't. Please help me on getting back this After Hour Service Fee.
Amarbold SI feel I was way overcharged they claim I didn't put gas in it or clean it which I did both, plus they got a toolbox of mine that I left in the back. I am not happy at all with my service. The woman was very nice though. She was the only good part of the whole experience.
Michelle CCharger me $20 to leave my car at site for a few hours while I used the cargo van. Called Uhual customer service and was told dealers cannot charge for parking while renting from Uhual. It’s either free to park or they can refuse parking and u need to make other arrangements Uhual c/s was great they will refund me the $20 but this new partner just as money grab. Won’t ever rent from that location again
