If you're looking to rent a U-Haul trailer rental facility you'd be smart to find different location. Their customer service, (based on my most recent experience), is non-existent. I've been trying to reach them by telephone the better part of a day, to resolve a billing error with no results. Four different phone numbers that all redirect to the same voice mail system. I won't be doing business with them again. However, they will be surprised when I show up at their door, (good and angry by then), tomorrow morning.

My particular RT had a damaged plug that I didn't notice right away. It was still functional, but needs replaced. There was also strong sandy grit attached to the trailer, which I wasn't able to scrub off with a power washer. I was not charged, so my experience was good, but it was a concern on pick-up that I may be charged.
KEITH PFew dings on driver side but nothing major but did get charged for the $16 coverage which i did say no to but was put on it while checking out since I did say no online. But other than that was ok interaction..they dont have any of the dings marked with their x stickers so just have to make sure u take pictures and document them since it's not already documented. Not sure if that was reason why the insurance was added when I said no but they where closing and I had to get going.
