CLAIRE MThe place I picked up from was awesome but all of the extra charges are horrible. Will go with another rental vendor next time. I set the trip meter in vehicle and used exactly 20 miles and was charged for 24. I also put 2 gallons of gas in and was charged an extra 10 bucks for gas when it was returned with exact same amount. What a rip off
