I said no here because we didn’t actually go inside, we did the self drop off and left the keys in the dropbox. After we had already returned the truck, we got a call saying that this particular location could no longer accept our truck. I called them back and told them it was too late. We had already put the keys in the dropbox and couldn’t get them back out. I just felt like there were a lot of calls from U-Haul during this. Experience with a lot of last-minute changes.
