Please be on time. They got us wait for 30 mins and location was not easy to access at all. It was a construction site.

This location was extremely hard to locate. I had to walk through an abandoned half torn down ware house and into 2 separate rooms to find anyone working here. When I finally did and got my rental going, I noticed the name didn’t even ask for ID and have me sign any contracts for the rental. I literally could have been anyone coming in with a stollen credit card. To which I only read my card numbers off. He didn’t physically take the card. Before I picked up the rental I called and asked for the drop off location to be closer to my home as Logan is 40 mins away and was told that would be fine. After pick up I mentioned this again, and was verbally told yes that’s fine. Upon returning to the second location I was charged double my rental for a wrong location drop off and an extra day because they didn’t actually check me in till the next day since the rep working took keys and only asked if it had gas. Didn’t ask for my name or anything again. I am now disputing the additional charges with uhaul but can’t see this going in my favor since no one knows what they’re doing or saying at either locations. Very disappointed and more then likely won’t be using uhaul anymore in the future.

I am very disappointed with the service provided to me at this location. I am actually in the process of filling a complain for the very first time in 10 yrs renting equipment from you. Very poor customer service from this location.

The people running this location are crooks. My signature was forged on the contract, agreeing to the purchase of insurance. When I reserved the vehicle, I declined it. The employee ran the whole thing through his phone and signed on his phone to get the contract done sooner. When I returned the vehicle with 3/8 tank of gas, they marked it down as 1/4 and I was charged the extra fees (almost $60), as per the contract. I rented the vehicle with 3/8 tank and I returned it with 3/8 tank. I have pics of the gas reading and a gas station receipt to prove it! Don't rent from these criminals.

They gave me an auto transport that was faulty. The ramps were both seized. I was moving from Calgary to winnipeg. The branch and uhaul customer service were no help. No help finding a replacement and roadside assistance was over 100km away and un available. I ended up fixing the issue myself They gave me a 50 dollar refund which didn't even cover the cost if the roadside assistance that didn't come 0/10

It was the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!! They gave me the truck an hour late and the person who was taking care of me did not answer the phone, besides that they charged us extra gas because they said they supposedly had gas but really did not have any gas, the treatment was terrible towards us, we will never in our life go back there, it was the most unpleasant thing we have seen in Canada.

1. It was very difficult to make the reservation for 2 days. Your web site did not work. The agent at your 1-800 number was unable to do it. Eventually I phoned the location on King Edward street in Winnipeg directly and they were able to do it with professionalism. 2. I was directed to pick up the truck at 2095 Logan street location. There was no U-haul signage or any indication this was U-Haul site. We had to ask an adjacent business to guide us to rental office. 3. Fellow in store was friendly and eager to please once we found him. 4. Extra moving materials we expected (blankets, tape etc) were not available at this location. Web site indicated they were. We had to make alternate arrangements on our own. 5. Truck was dirty - mud, leaves, debris inside the back. We had to clean it before we could use it. Gas was only 1/2 full at pickup. 6. Return process link you sent did not work. We left the vehicle and the keys but had to phone the 1-800 to prevent a service charge. Overall the truck worked fine mechanically but the customer experience was far worse that I would expect from a reputable company.

The only issue i had is . I drove the truck 15 km and got chargerd for 25L gas . So that was around $45. Everything else was so good . I have the picture of the gas gauge before and after . i am pretty sure. I didn’t burn 25L Gas in 15Km.

The parking lot is so narrow. And the QR they posted on the key box was expired which caused me failed to return online by my cell phone and the local guy verified my return so lately and charged me one more day rental fee.
