We were told we would get unlimited miles and we did not. So when we returned the truck we had to pay a very large fee for the miles we put on the truck. I don't know if I ever will be back this place is way to expensive.

Personally I think no improvement is needed. I believe our helpful service person is Faith ?. She was more than helpful and friendly. We really appreciate all her help and patients for first time uhaul renters.

The employees at this location went above and beyond to take in the trailer I rented. The U Haul program kept trying to charge and extra $21.65 on top of what I already paid. They had to call and work something out to fix it. It took 30 more minutes than I planned for dropping it off but they were determined to fix the issue and NOT charge me an extra $20 some dollars.

I had mixed up the time that I was supposed to return the Uhaul and I ended being 53 minutes late dropping it off and was charged for an entire day. I think that was ridiculous. If I had known I'd be charged a full day I would have kept it another full day.

I was stuck on the side of the road for 4 hours waiting for a tire repair. Was promised a motel room, of which I was told was all set up. When I got there the front desk said they had talked to UHaul but couldn't get UHaul's credit card approved. I paid for it myself. Then when I went to turn in my equipment, only an hour late, was charged late fees. I wouldn't have been late if I hadn't been on the side of the road for 4 hours. Road side assistance was very unprofessional in all aspects of my breakdown. Kept making promises and not keeping them. Every time I called a different person made a different promise.

Best suggestion would be actually have equipment available when you tell a customer it will be. Getting a truck reserved in the first place was a royal pain, and then it show up and be told there's no truck just doesn't go far to make happy customers. The location was very helpful, but the situation was bad despite their efforts.

2 times I told the persons that I did not know if the bike would fit the trailer. I was after I found that it would not fit that I was told that I could have ordered a bigger trailer. having reserved the unit 2 weeks or so I found that to be very odd that that wasn't mentioned until it was to late

Although I didn't originally ask for a dolly when I placed the order on line. I did request one at the store, somehow one was not placed in the truck when I left, I got a few miles and pulled over to check inside the back and discovered it was not there o returned to Glass unlimited to retrieve the dolly, what kind of upset me was I was charged for the miles ( about 5 miles ).

The pickup location was very helpful. However I put in for a 9 am pickup in Hanover, but I get a call at 4 pm Friday to pick up in a different town. Thankfully the staff was very helpful and met me Saturday morning. However driving back and forth cost me time and money, also over a hundred bucks is a bit excessive to use a trailer for a couple hours. Faith wen above and beyond to help me out with U hauls mistake. I have screen shots and email that show when and where I was to pick this up. I am tempted to buy a couple trailers and start my own rental business and charge half the price and I would still make a profit.

drop box should be in a location that is close to the Uhaul. Also there was no flower pot to put the lock in when i picked up the uhaul.
