Keys weren't in truck. We weren't given the furniture covers. Had to wait for owner to arrive to get access to key to truck. Waited roughly 20-30 mins. Luckily we were already late. Owner was very nice, but it was pretty inconvenient. Had to call U-Haul to even begin to get help.

Parking lot is a bit small. Luckily, I dropped off truck on a Saturday afternoon and few people were parked there at the time. It was a self drop off so I didn't interact with anyone.
