Had not contact with anyone due to the fact it was closed. I could not get to do the correct return due to the u haul app. Would not let me continue with anything, could not find my location. It said someone would call....NOT! could not wait all evening, so I called the next day to let someone know it was turned in the same day. Not a good experience with the app.

The uhaul app didn't work very well. I was late for pickup and I had the hardest time figuring put how to start the pickup process. I write user interface software for a living, so I don't normally have a problem with technology. After a lot of searching and restarting the app, I finally saw the begin pick option. I turned on permissions for it to use my camera, but it wouldn't take a picture of the truck during pickup. It took pictures of my driver's license okay. When I returned the truck, it took those pictures just fine.
James HWe utilized the 24 hour drop off service since we returned our truck outside of business hours. They processed the return first thing Monday morning without any issues.
SETH BI made the reservation and when I called to see if I could get it a day sooner he said they didn’t have what I had reserved and that my spot would probably go to a different location. She worked her magic and they were so amazing. They repaired the broken truck that they had just so I could use it to move. They were amazing and if I ever have to rent another U-Haul, I will definitely be going through that location again.

Zana CI had to drop off equipment on two separate occasions and this had to be the most friendly place I've ever been. We had such a good experience during the first visit, it felt like visiting family when we went back for the second visit!

JC KMake check in and out process through app more user friendly. App pages would crash and I had to start the process over again several times. Took thirty minutes to check out. Get references ahead of time so it doesn’t take as long to check out when arrive for pick up. Another UHaul was blocking the key drop and it took forever to find.
Kellie KDropped off equipment after hours and did self check in. Location was easy to find and right off the highway. Easy to navigate and plenty of spaces to drop trailer.

John TThe lady was really nice and we got done quickly. I gave a low rating because we were told wrong information regarding the pricing. We only needed the equipment for 1 day but they gave us 2 days and told us when we returned it that it would adjust the price. When I called back to question it after being charged the full amount, it was a different lady and she couldn't care less that their misinformation cause me to be charged double what I was expecting.
