Staff were welcoming helpful. Opened their business a few minutes early. They know the U-Haul product line very well and quickly completed paperwork and sent me on my way. Highly recommend. Closest U-Haul to Marco Island.

HOWEVER, we rented from another location and when we arrived there were NO trucks. NONE. Like a Seinfeld episode and the clerk was snippy. WE had people waiting at our home to load a truck and then had to scramble to find another one which cost MORE money. NOT GOOD U Haul.
JON TNot at this time. The truck was not completely filled with gas but I was in a hurry. When dropping off, I was charged $ 30 for insurance I did not approve. Working at getting a credit.

ANDREW FI was charged extra for 2 gallons of gas , and I had put in 4 gallons for a 30 mile use.. That is fraud. I will put in negative online reviews for uhaul and this location shortly. My total charges were $20 more than estimated at the time of the rental and I didnt use any extra miles
CHRISTOPHER KAnthony was very unprofessional, rude,disrespectful I tried as him questions he just talked over me, he told me that I could go somewhere else for business, and told me to leave. Worst experience I have ever had at U-Haul. I chose the wrong location when I made my reservations, but I decided to move forward with this location.

CARLOS GThe return site was indicated as open by UHAUL and by the locations google maps profile. It was in fact closed. I could not get wifi and had not downloaded the UHAUL app [I rent equipnet every few years so downloading an app should not be a UHAUL requirement]. As a result of the site closed, several hours trying to get customer service, then at home in a CHAT to get photos from phone to computer to UHAUL web page. Frustrating. I am still not sure if I was up-charged by UHAUL for after hours drop off even though I was in hours and returning early.
Paul JBe more knowledgeable and check your lock box occasionally. People don't always rent for 24 hours sometimes just need to move a few things. We dropped truck off 4 hours after use, dropped key in box and got charged for 2 days. Of rental and all fee's.
katherine eIt was a good location but the truck was not checked for defects. I drove from Naples,FL to Valdosta GA in nice weather with no problems. We left the next morning and when we got on the interstate it started to rain. I turned on the wipers and the driver blade was broken. Drove to the next exit and found a GM dealer who repaired it. An hour wasted on a long trip. Not a pleasant experience.

susan GTruck was out of oil, so they asked me to put 3 quarts in and they would take it off my bill with the receipt. Horrible communication with final payment. Was told I would be contacted before the card was submitted (I had a few final balance questions) They didn't call back but the did run the card.

Paul HI rented the vehicle for 4+ days. During rental period, it rained one day; the roof of the truck had a severe leak. Everything inside was sitting in water. Also, I rented the vehicle for 4 days, and less than 1.5 additional hours. I was charged for 5 full days.

Mary aI received no blanket’s I ordered them the gas was on a quarter of a tank. So I had to go get gas. Filthy describes the truck. No ties for the dollies. So that trashed around when I drove the AC blower was not working. So AC was not working right .Some old lock that was very hard to close. The truck sounded like it was about to break down any moment. No windshield wiper fluid. What a discussing experience. They wanted me to back in the truck in this tiny space I refused and let them do it. Horrible experience they should not be allowed to rent uhaul trucks.

louis wU-haul needs to stop allowing rental on line when they can’t provide the equipment. The day of rental I was called and informed the truck wasn’t available. They found a truck finally but at a different location which increased my travel distance and time. I needed an appliance dolly which I order in line but was told that none were available. What’s the point of ordering on line when the pick locations use a first come first serve system! Very upsetting and stressful. Cudos to the people where I picked up the truck for doing the best they could to help me.
