After dropping off the truck at this location I was told everything was complete and nothing else I needed to do. 2 days Later Uhaul sent me I notice, and I received a phone call, stating that I had not dropped off the truck.Karl S.

Get rid of this location, I felt like I could get mugged at any moment. It was part of a gas station and you will miss the U-Haul sign if you're not looking hard for it. I had to wait over an hour after my scheduled pickup time for the guy that deals with U-Hauls to arrive. He was nice and all but U-Haul really needs to do a better job in training for these â€œneighborhoodâ€ locations. Turns out later that two of the tires were also leaking air and had to be replaced. If you rent a U-Haul, always get the $5 roadside and extra insurance, you don't want to be held liable for the condition of the equipment. And lastly, the location did not have the moving equipment I ordered, ex. Dollys, blankets, etc. Stay away from â€œneighborhood dealersâ€ if possible and stick to an actual full service U-Haul location.Jeffery J.

I was triple charge for the rental of the truck plus I was charge a gas fuel in charge when I filled the truck up at the gas station that I Rented the truck from I'm very disappointed I was given a truck that was a messsss that was hauling feces and some other things ! Truck was dirty and gas gauge was on a quarter of a tank but marked at half. The dealer didn't discuss this with me because his printer didn't work. Crooks!Joe K.

Despite scheduling a month in advance, on the day before I am to pick it up the location is changed to one 15 minutes out of my way. Once I get there the computer system is down for over an hour plus the truck there is not mine. I did eventually get a truck but it did not have the 24 blankets I requested nor did it have the dolly.Robert D.

This dealership associate lacked training and was very slow. When asked why it was taking so long his reply was I will not rent you a truck report me to Uhaul and file a complaint. This put me a bad position as it was 3 pm on Sunday and the other dealerships were closed. Very poor customer service and it took him 2 hours to process the paperwork and rent me a truck. A process that should have taken 30 minutes tops. I will never rent from there again and I will have to be in a real bind to rent from Uhaul in the future. Very dissatisfied.William O.

My boy friend who drove the truck went in to drop the truck off while I waited outside. 10-15 minutes later, he came outside advising that the attendant said he was too busy and wanted us to drop the truck off at another location. At that point, I went in and advised that we were scheduled to drop off the truck at his location and we were not going to drop it off at another location. He was very rude and kept yelling about how busy he was. After about another 20-30 minutes, he finally started to process our drop off. He made us go outside and start the truck for him so he could check the mileage, and then made us park it exactly where he wanted it. There were a couple guys trying to rent a truck and all the guy did was yell at them telling them they need to make a reservation and he needed to go to another location as he didn't have the time to help them. When we dropped off our truck, we were the second truck to have dropped off. The guy who dropped his truck off before us was having a dispute with the attendant about his receipt for drop off and said he wasn't leaving without one. Which at that point, the attendant shoved the receipt under the glass and walked away. This is when we knew that the return was going to be a very frustration experience. As expected, our receipt was provided the same way. This location was the polar opposite experience than the Reston location we picked the truck up from. I would NOT recommend this location for any type of truck rental.Ashleigh Y.
They just need to have someone help them when they are issuing out rental trucks. Because he was doing the rental and ringing up everyone else, it took longer than expected. Other than that, they are really great!!MARY N.

The UHAUL location at 9707 Brandywine Rd in Clinton MD is GOD AWFUL! The attendants are EXTREMELY nasty and the customer service is nonexistent! My pick up time was at 9 am for a 7 hour rental period .I arrived at 8:45, but the attendant said I couldn't get my truck until 11:00..WTH!? After a call to UHAUL customer service right in front of him, he reluctantly decided to help me. He did not look at my reservation number or anything. He called my information in again over the phone as if he did not believe I actually had a reservation, asking me the same questions that I had already completed online. After he handed my license and credit card back, he then began waiting on customers who were there to play the lottery, and there were quite a few of them. I did not leave the property with my vehicle until about 10 minutes to 10. Finally when I returned the truck at 4:43, they had the nerve to charge me for two rental periods because he said I was late. Are you kidding me!? This is absolutely unacceptable, and I will never ever in life patronize that establishment again, and I will discourage others from going there as well. In addition I will be leaving this same review online on yelp, Google, and any other place online possible. If there was a rating lower than poor that you have listed here, I would select two levels below that one! Ridiculous! UHAUL should be ashamed of themselves for putting their name and running their services out of such a dump ran by rude and unhelpful people.Albert Y.
