Fetting the van was seemless, but we had to drop it off at a different location, which was no problem, except for when my drivers got there the person working there said they were in the wrong location. I had to go somewhere else.. They went to the next closest U-Haul and dropped it off and the person there was friendly and then an hour and a half later called me up and said we couldn’t drop it off at that location without incurring a $276 wrong location drop off fee. My employees had to drive all the way back from Encino to Santa clarita go to the second U-Haul location van, pick up the van and take it back to the first location they went to. I called there and spoke to Ronnie who was very friendly, although shared with me that it was the first day at that location for pick up and drop off and he hadn’t been trained yet. It cost my employees part of their Saturday, we incurred extra hourly awes for are employees, and additional fuel for their own personal cars had to be used. Very unprofessional. The 800 U-Haul number that I called had professional and helpful agents both times I spoke to them. Disappointed for sure on how it ended. D
