I reserved a truck for a few hours for a local move. I just needed the truck, no dolly or pads. When I picked the truck up, I was going through the mobile process on my phone and 1 question said are the dolly and furniture pads present. I thought this was strange since I did not reserve those items, but I marked no. When returning the truck I got my receipt and I was charged for furniture pads and a dolly. I disputed it but it did not change. I know the location must be aware of this because on the final receipt, I was charged for the items but not charged for them being missing upon return which they most definitely would have been since they weren't there to begin with. Seems pretty scammy to me.
