I had dropped off the truck at this location around 9:45AM on Saturday 01.10.2026 and it apparently had not been checked in until yesterday. 01.14.2026. I had gone back to the location to ask if the truck had been checked in because I had not recieved an email confirming and the guy who had told me to just put the keys in an orange box told me that it would probably get checked in by the end of the day. on Monday 01.12.2026 I was contacted and asked if i still had the truck and I told the lady the whole story so she was going to contact Go Dealer Go. This whole situation with the return really bothered me because I worried about the truck being vandalized or something while it just sat there and worried that if something would happen then I would be held responsible. Go Detail Go needs to improve on this. As far as returning a truck I will avoid this location in the future.
