I booked my reservation with an appliance dolly. It was not in the vehicle. They ended up giving me a regular dolly which I had no use for and charged me for it. I requested someone to call and explain the “additional” charges. I received no phone call but a receipt for extra payment which was unauthorized. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
