I was overcharged more than double what was supposed to be charged and I can't get anyone to call me back to explain why I was charged 2x.
Andrea TMy U-Haul experience overall was excellent from a service standpoint. The staff was professional, efficient, and made the process smooth from start to finish. One area for improvement would be the equipment itself. The vehicle had a stale odor inside, and adding air fresheners or improving interior ventilation would significantly enhance the customer experience. A fresh-smelling cab makes a big difference, especially during longer drives. That said, the customer service was outstanding and truly appreciated.
