RUTH DI am very unhappy with my recent rental! It went missing while I had it so I had to call the police and report it stolen, a week later a detective tells me the Uhaul people forgot to mark my rental as in use, so someone in drives around picking up abandoned uhauls saw mine, and saw the Uhaul as not in use and took it back. Not only that, they gave me a different truck! The truck I had had a different license plate number then the license plate on the uhauls insurance and my reservation hence why it took a week for police to find out what happened. Some of my things were inside the truck and I have yet to receive an apology, a refund, or my things back!! Very unprofessional I will never use them again.

PEDRO II didn’t know Goin’ Postal had U-Haul Trucks available. The truck was in incredible condition (like new) and the process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

CHRISTINA TWe dropped the auto transport after hours as we were advised it is allowed. Went to drop the truck and the rep told me HE HAD TO CALL UHAUL TO MOVE THE TRANSPORT and he couldn't accept the truck because it was too big and to take it to another location who tried to tell me they have too many and no place to put it! NEVER AGAIN WILL I HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM!
KENNETH SI found dirty underwear in the glove compartment and had trash in the bed of the truck. The truck was running rough upon acceleration and kept shutting off when coming to a stop. They told me the were not going to charge me but I still waiting for a refund.

Carlos AI can't think of anything since everyone I talked to was well-informed and personable. This is true to the point that when I came to pick up the truck, 5the employee was willing to open a bit early so I could get on my way. Altogether a wise decision to do business with this location.
