The location was fine and the salesmen were very nice and helpful. What I am not happy about was the fact that when I came in I found out that I was on a block list that stated not to rent to me or anyone associated with me. I had no idea why, and I was embarrassed. I was very worried that the company was trying to accuse me of damaging the truck that I rented in November. When I called the woman that I spoke with was rude and stated that I had a balance of $85.00 and that they tried to charge my account and that it did not go through. Then she said that they did in fact charge my account on December the 5th. I had no Idea, I never received a notification that anything was owed. I simply returned the truck when it was due back and paid what was quoted to me. Then later that day on December the 8th I finally received a receipt sent to me via text and email. The man that helped me in the store was very kind and professional. I however will never do business with Uhal again. This company embarrassed me, and were very rude.

THOMAS AOriginal quoted $1,369.61 went to pick up and truck had check engine light on. Recommended the Commercial Way location. Not only did it cost us a delay, they charged me $138.45 in addition to the original cost to $1508.06. Was told it was noted on our contract that Uhaul would honor original quote yet charged the increase. Now what is your advice to reclaim the additional charge? I would have given a better rate and I would have totally recommended your business to a friend but I feel I was over charged because your equipment was not ready for service.

DAISY EThe truck I rented did have a leak in the cabin that was allowing water to come in while driving in the rain. That should be addressed before it is rented again! It's Florida and we get quite a few rainstorms regularly.
