It was hard to get into because some of the entrances to the parking lot are blocked with rubber curbs for some reason but once I managed to get into the lot it was OK.

He was late to pick and and the door to the uhaul looked like someone tried breaking the lock. As well as it was hard to open and close the back, and it was very old.
