The gas was at 1/8 when I picked it up and it said 1/4. I was in a rush and took a picture, but didnt have time to show them. I shouldntbhave been charged for gas at all.
Josee HThe two stars are NOT for the sweet lady working, my bad review is not a reflection on her as she was very kind and did everything she had the ability to do!! The inside of the UHaul was not cleaned from the last people who used it, and we were first over booked and then offered something smaller, we agreed, the next day we got a call that the original truck was available! Great! We went to pick it up and it was over booked again? It was sorted eventually, but if we had to move again I wouldn't use uhaul.
Travis FThere needs to be more than 1 person working at a time. The poor gentleman was run off his feet with vehicle washes and customers for uhaul.
