Had trouble with picking up truck on-line but fault was entirely mine. Once I successfully picked up truck everything else was a breeze
Andrea CTruck was not available at the location it was supposed to be, was called by the manager to drive to another location across town almost an hour after our initial reservation, was late for work due to this. Terrible experience. Manager wouldn’t answer the phone calls and nobody was available at either location to help. Terrible, terrible experience
Tristan HThey were not there, they had a phone number on the door. I called, left messages, no one ever called back. I called customer service, the helped me return my equipment via the web. It was a Saturday and their hours were 10-2. I got a call from Uhaul on Monday asking why I hadn't returned my equipment. I explained the situation and they said they would handle it, I got an invoice via email a few minutes later. I would not use this location.

Tate MThere are no employees at this location. When calling the phone number you always have to wait a long time for a call back if you ever get one. I had to call U-Haul customer service twice for assistance w/ the return.
Jeffrey SThere's no way to improve over what Dave and his local U-Haul crew are doing. Dave helped me through a very difficult rental when my truck broke down that I was towing his trailer with. He has earned a very loyal customer. He absolutely understands great customer service!

Cameron PDon’t make promises you can’t keep. The person I spoke to said they will give us a free day and won’t charge extra day because the weather is not great after asking them 3 times and said” no worries we understand that it’s raining all day” then charged us anyway with extra fees like fuel when we keep the same amount of fuel before returning it. This happened twice with this same company charging us for fuel. For future reference I will stay away from this place and use Penske or budget instead

David MThey were closed during normal business hours when I arrived. I called a phone number on the door as it directed. Nobody called back. I figured out how to return it online.
Josh BThe pictures within the app that were used to validate condition did not show significant damage to the drivers side of the vehicle. It did not affect the ability to drive the vehicle but should have been noted by the facility. I would also recommend updating the process to check out a truck. It took almost an hour to pickup the truck using self checkout even though I completed the pre check out process which impacted our travel day. Contact/document verification should be a part of the pre check out process (assuming the customer uses the pre check out option). Can also have customer scan ID and submit a picture of self during pre check out as well as on day of pick up so that verification can be validated.
Gavin RWhen I was looking for an alternate drop off location, the U-Haul locations on Google maps for Bemidji MN were inaccurate. Dick's North side is not a U-Haul affiliate any longer. And across the road from that location is a drop off point listed on a boulevard by the highway rather than any actual location.

Mike KThis was a self service drop off location. And we were not informed of this. If I didn't have someone with me to lift the trailer I wouldn't have been able to get it off the truck.
Catrina MNo one there at drop off during business hours. Left trailer and a vm to the contact number listed on the locked door. No one called back.
Travis PThe staff were very friendly but I didn't get the 15' truck I reserved I got a 26' which was way too big for the amount I had to move. Also on move day I had to exchange the original truck because the one I got had a ramp that didn't work. The new truck had the check engine light on and I was worried about that my whole drive.
