I was charged for a Dolly I never received, $14.00, only reimburse $10.00! There was never anyone around to talk to. Everything is do it yourself online, try to call U-Haul I'd get transfered at least4-5 times and told too many different things. I will never use U-Haul again if I can help it!

There was some dirt on the floor of the cab on both driver and passenger sides. Other than that, I was one of my best experiences. I did the phone pick-up and turn-in and everything went great. The place was easy to find and the truck was visible as soon as I entered the lot.
