You had my drop off location and time wrong.Yourtelephone communication was off the mark. Your textes[my textes] were unanswered..There was a man at County Market in Sterling. JIM who was absolutely excellent and got everything straightened out in a very quick manner. I will use UHaul again but only because of Jim

The only issue we had was the gas was not filled on the truck when we picked it up. Other then that they were very nice and helpful.
