I have used this location several times now and am so impressed with the vehicles, customer service, and availability. Carl is exceptional at communication and was even kind enough to reach out when he saw it had saved the trailer, but never confirmed it. He contacted me too ask if I still needed it and enabled us to avoid losing the rental we needed. They also have a fresh bread bakery and a little farm stand with flowers. Best location.

mike mCarl at Good Bread U-Haul is great. He goes above and beyond for us, on more than 1 occasion. On this occasion, We needed to get to Florida ASAP to clean up after Hurricane Helene’s storm surge flooded our snowbird home. We needed to take tools,fans, dehumidifier’s, generator, cleaning products, and mold killer with us, it was in short supply there. We needed to rent a trailer. Carl had it ready when I arrived to pick up the very next day. Then Milton came and we needed to add days to our original 6. I called Carl and explained. He said not to worry he would find out the best way for us to go and he would take care of it and let us know. He called shortly after and said all taken care of and got us the best price as well. The absolute best personality and customer service, he certainly took a large amount of stress off of us during a very difficult time. He understood our problem without any hesitation and made it easy for us to concentrate on what we needed to do, instead of spending valuable time trying to secure a trailer, while so we could do what was needed to make our place salvageable. A huge Thank you to Carl! I certainly hope he gets recognized for what he does. We have not gotten this high level of service from any other u-haul place that we have done business with. As for improving for the next customer, carl should train all others and U-Haul should hold them to his standards.

Christine ZThe only hiccup we had was when we went to pickup the trailer, t1 turn signal did not work. Said it was my hookup. Went to u haul and had checked, everything was working on my car. Trailer wires just needed electrical grease. The customer service at pick up and drop off were great!

karl rDescription of where to locate the key says "black box" it's located across the property out of view. Took me 30 min to talk to an agent who knew nothing about where to find the key. Property owner saw me on camera lingering around looking for the box and sent their sons to come see what I wanted. They then said it was in a bad location and that uhauls Description was messed up. You should discount my rental because of the delay in my trip I had to make to move my things.
Justin FWe recently rented trailers and trucks. By far, the 5 X 8 trailer worked best for our needs. The 26 ft. was new, no complaints, however, a 20 ft was shaky. Firstly, the idiot light was on, I had to anticipate corners due to excessive steering wheel travel. We opted for off hour pick-up and that didn't work. The app didn't locate and one location didn't finish processing our request unbeknownst to us until the next morning. We had to wait for the shop to open. Our schedule was delayed.
