Unsafe neighborhood, homeless, druggies, shop lifters and day workers. Didn’t have reserved appliance dolly or furniture dolly Didn’t receive reserved blankets. Worker never checked the status of the truck or the gas level. Just handed us the keys and sent us on our way. We didn’t selected this location. U-Haul changed our pick up location to Good Neighbor Grocery 24 hours out. The location we selected, we were familiar with and definitely would have been more competent. Worst experience with U-Haul by far. Definitely going to check with other options in the future.
